Reservations
A: Yes, Hotel 43 does offer negotiated rates for qualifying corporate travelers. At the time of your reservation, ask our reservation staff if your company currently has established a negotiated rate. Or you can contact your company’s business travel department for the specific access code. If you’re interested in a negotiated rate, our sales department would be happy to discuss pricing and contracting with you. Contact us at 208-342-4622.
A: The minimum age to check in to the hotel is 18. As per Idaho state law, you must be 21 years old to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages when placing a dinner service order or at Chandlers Steakhouse.
A: All reservations require a valid credit card in order to guarantee your room unless otherwise arranged as part of a contracted group block or master billing method. The hotel’s standard cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a penalty. Some reservation types may carry different guarantee, prepayment or cancellation policies and can be viewed in the rate details or on the details of your confirmation letter.
A: The following credit card types can be used to guarantee your reservation: American Express, Carte Blanche, JCB, Diner’s Club, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.
A: No, your credit card will only be charged if booking a reservation type requires pre-payment at the time of booking. Upon arrival, our front desk staff will obtain a credit card authorization for anticipated charges during your stay. But you may switch to an alternate method for payment at the time of your departure.

A: While we can’t guarantee that your room will be ready prior to our standard check-in time of 4:00 p.m., we’ll absolutely do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us to communicate your requested early check-in time. We’ll then share your request with our front desk as they prepare for your arrival. Our checkout time is 12:00 p.m. Please inquire with our front desk staff regarding late check-out availability and fees on the morning of your departure.

A: Hotel 43 does offer government room rates based on hotel availability. Please ask for the government per diem rate when making your reservation or check for the government rate online at that time. Valid government or military ID is required at check-in.
A: Yes, we offer a complimentary airport shuttle, which is available beginning at 5:15 a.m. until the last scheduled flight arriving daily at Boise Airport. There’s no need to make advance reservations for shuttle arrangements. Upon your arrival at Boise Airport and once you’ve picked up all of your luggage, please contact the hotel directly by calling 208-342-4622. Then proceed to the ‘Hotel shuttle/courtesy van pickup’ island location directly outside of the lower-level baggage claim. Our shuttle van is gray with Hotel 43 signage along the side. When departing for the airport at the end of your stay, shuttles must be scheduled through the front desk at least 20 minutes in advance.

A: Yes! Hotel 43 is a member of Stash Hotel Rewards®, a collection of more than 200 hotels in the United States, Panama and the Caribbean. Earn points on qualifying room rates plus other incidental charges during your stay at Hotel 43. You can then redeem them toward free stays at any member hotel.
A: Hotel 43 offers Self-Parking & Valet Parking. Access is open to all guests and costs $18/night for self-park. $22/night for Valet. Please note that pricing is subject to change.
A: The total tax rate applied to overnight guestrooms is 13% of each room rate. Please note that applicable taxes are subject to change.
A: No, Hotel 43 does not have any additional fees outside of your room rate and applicable taxes.
A: You can enjoy free high-speed wireless internet at Hotel 43.
A: Yes, we have 2 EV Charging Ports in our Garage. EV charging rates are: $1/hour.
Dining/Restaurant
A: No, Hotel 43 does not offer 24-hour dinner service. Room service is available from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and until 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
A: Experience Chandlers Steakhouse seven days a week for dinner. The Martini Bar opens at 4:00 p.m., and dinner begins at 5:30 p.m.
A: We offer complimentary drip coffee, muffins, and whole fruit each morning. Market 43, our Grab & Go market, is open throughout the day and evening with snacks, beverages, gifts, and sundry items available for purchase 24/7. Local wine and beer are available for purchase daily from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
