An art-filled stroll in a spacious gallery, a Shakespeare performance under the stars, or a philharmonic concert are just a few of the activities offered in Boise. But to the casual business traveler, they may simply go unnoticed or unsuspected. Hotel 43 General Manager Lisa Benjamin said it’s hard to experience all of Boise’s rich arts . . . if the traveler is surrounded by his or her room. To expand visitors’ experiences, hotel management along with its arts partners developed the Hotel 43 Arts Passport, a complimentary ticket to Boise arts. “It’s our creative way of supporting Boise’s arts organizations during a challenging economic time,” Benjamin said. “We give (guests) a one-of-a-kind experience that seems natural.”
