- Check In: 4 PM. Early check-in may sometimes be arranged—please inquire.

- ADA accessible rooms are available
- Hotel 43 is smoke-free. A $300 fee will be charged for smoking in the hotel
- Cancellation: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty as late as 4pm on the day of your planned arrival.
- We do not allow pets at the hotel.
- The minimum age to rent a Hotel 43 room is 21 years old.
- Photo Identification and a valid credit card are required at check-in.
- Parking fee: $10 per car, per night.
- Free and discounted theatre tickets often available—please inquire.
