Experience the Best of Boise with First Thursday

Every month in downtown Boise, the first Thursday is celebrated by providing downtown visitors the chance to stroll through a number of the unique shops and galleries, focusing on providing patrons with entertainment and special events. The event takes place between 5:00PM and 9:00PM and gives visitors a chance to see a different side of downtown Boise.

This past month, visitors experienced special events such as:

  • Flatbread Community Oven: Creative Photography Display of Amber Grubb featuring historic Boise landmarks
  • Flying M Coffeehouse: Art show featuring Rick Walter
  • Rediscovered Books: Author panel featuring Kim Barnes (Faulkner Award Winner), Poet Robert Wrigley and Mary Blew
  • Neurolux Lounge: Live Music from Delta Spirit, Waters and Tijuana Panthers
