‘Tis the Season in Boise: Don’t Miss Out on These Holiday Events

It is once again the holiday season in Boise! The leaves have already turned those beautiful shades of crimson and gold, and just as quickly as fall came, it is now turning into winter. As we get ready for the Christmas season that is upon us, it is time once again for some of our favorite holiday events in Downtown Boise!

  • On Saturday, November 24th, the Boise Holiday Parade will be taking downtown Boise by storm! The parade will begin at 9:45AM on Jefferson and 10th St. downtown. The parade goes down Jefferson to 4th St., and then back up Bannock to 11th St.
  • Following the parade that evening is the annual Tree Lighting Celebration that is held on the Grove Plaza. From 5-7PM, people gather in the Grove to welcome the holiday season to Boise. This event includes lighting of the Christmas tree, live music, caroling, and candle lighting, as well as food and beverages.
